Installation help, and previous mail reponse

    I just purchased video press upgrade today and I need guidance to set it up, hell I can’t even find it. Second two days ago I sent mail requesting guidance for screen resolution and sizing requirements for a banner ad to be placed on my site adacityandsupposition.com site by an outside source.. I haven’t been notified that it was even received or answered. Understand your dealing with a man in his middle 60’s and illiterate and does humbly bend to your knowledge and assistance.     With VideoPress you can upload any video file at Media > Add New in your Dashboard. There you can upload any image, document, or video file.

    Are you still running in to any trouble with the banner image you’re trying to place? If so could you let me know some more details about that banner? We generally don’t allow outside advertisements on WordPress.com sites and have more details in our support docs here:
