Installation of a ThemeForest theme

  Hi! I’m trying to configure my blog using a theme purchased from ThemeForest. All the instructions I can find online indicate there would be an ‘Add New’ button from Appearance >> Themes however this is not an option for me. Is there a reason for this? Do I have to purchase a Premium package in order to do this customisation?

  It’s available for self hosted blog, not in wordpress.com
