Installation of jetpack plugin casued admin site errors is there a siple fix?

  I installed jetpack, I have access to jetpack and some functionality to manage my site. I currently have no access to widgets and sidebars. My admin site is no longer accessible. I have also lost some of my customization. What is the best course of resolution. I am a beginner.
