Installation of new premium theme

  Good morning I have purchased the ENVY BLOG PRO form the site precisethemes.com, I have download it in .zip format and tried to instal but it gives me: Problem installing theme: unauthorized_full_access. I send about 20 tickets and e-mails to precisetheme help desk but nevere get an answer, please help me

  We can’t help with third party themes. Only support from that theme can help you.
  Also you can’t install a third party theme on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.
