Installation Problem

    I have just set up my WordPress ® blog using FTP hosting that I already have. I followed the tutorial from wordpress.tv and everything was going great untill it came time to actually viewing my blog. I was able to log in using my automatically generated username and password, but instead of taking me to the default WordPress ® blog page I was taken to a raw directory. I have provided the URL to the directory that keeps coming up instead of my default blog page. Does any one know why this is happening???
