  Hi i am doing a website and i have bought and downloaded a theme from theme forest. I have created an account on wordpress.com, but cant seem to upload the theme. The dashboard doesnt look like it usually does and i cant find an upload function. The company i am doing it for has a host already. How to link the new wordpress site to there existing site? What the best way to to this? Thanks/ JOhan

  Hi –

  If you are using WordPress.com then you are not going to be able to use any downloaded themes from other providers. All of the WordPress.com Themes available are here:
  https://wordpress.com/themes
  Non of them require downloading.

  You would need to have a self hosted site with WordPress.org to accomplish what you are describing in your post.
