Installed a theme, lost posts

  I had ported from knol to wordpress and my article has been up for the last four years on wordpress. I do not have any knowledge of using wordpress. Today I just installed a free theme and my post was lost. After reading forums, I installed twenty ten theme, but still nothing!

  I treated wordpress like google sites, and discovered that it has some serious coding stuff, of which I have no understanding. Now, is there any simple way to get my original blog back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  On your Dashboard, when you go to Posts > All Posts, do you see any of your posts?

  Try looking at your Pages as well in the Dashboard.

  As you said, I looked in ‘All Posts’ as well as ‘All Pages’. They are blank.

  By the way, I had done the following things:

  Activated the free Sorbet theme.
  Removed some sidebar items.
  Changed front page display to static page.

  Then I tried to view my blog, and I found nothing!

  After this I changed the theme to twenty ten to get my content back but no success.
