Installed and activated plugin but not working

    I’ve recently installed and activated the premium plugin but it is not working. Would you please resolve this issue as soon as possible?

    Hi there,

    Can you clarify what is the name of the plugin you activated? I do not see any recent plugin installations in your activity log, though it may be the case it was a plugin you uploaded some time ago, but activated only recently, which we are not able to see.

    Also can you tell us what the issue is with the plugin that you are seeing? You are getting an error message of some kind or some other strange behaviour?
