Installed new theme, blog and control board down.

  Hello.

  I installed a new theme on my webpage a few moments ago. Following that, I can not access any page of the blog or the control board. I am met with this error:

  Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_get_theme() in /home/content/58/7940358/html/wp-content/themes/vantage/extras/settings/settings.php on line 65

  What can I do? I think this is a problem WordPress has to fix.
