  If you want a new blog on WordPress.com, you don’t need to install anything, simply sign up here: https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/?ref=newdash-myblogs-bottom

  If you want a self-hosted blog instead and install WordPress on your own hosting server, you need to ask help from the WordPress.org support here:
  http://wordpress.org/support/

  I’m not sure I’m even in the right place. I want to maintain a website that a designer has made for us…in WordPress. The designer has told us we need wordpress to make edits…
