Installing a custom theme, but the button in missing…?

Hello!
This is my first WP site, so please be gentle :)
I’m trying to install a custom theme I got from themeforest.net but I cannot seem to do so. I thought it was as easy as going to Appearance >> Themes, then clicking on a button at the top of the page. At least that is what the tutorial videos showed.
However I cannot see a button, so I’m trying to figure out what I’m to do.
Suggestions?

Hey there!
Themeforest has some cool things, but they don’t work on WordPress.com sites. You have to choose free or premium themes available through the WordPress.com themes section.
Third-party themes only work on websites hosted on an outside service using the WordPress.org software. I’m not sure if there’s a refund policy on Theme Forest but you might want to check into that.
