Installing a new template

  I just found this template on a website but cant seem to install it correctly. When I downloaded it all these files came up and I though I could just copy and paste the css on my blog but all I can see is the background. How do I add the header and sidebars, etc?

  If your blog is hosted on WordPress.com, you cannot just install themes from elsewhere, even if you have the CSS upgrade. If your blog is an independent one using WordPress software, you need to be asking for help over at WordPress.org:
