Installing a new theme?

  I just purchased a new theme from etsy.com off someone but cant seem to find how to install it? Their instructions say to go to appearances, themes and then install but I cannot see it???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot install themes on wordpress.com . In fact most of the things you find online are not for wp.com. The themes we can use are found under dashboard—>appearance—>themes.

  There is a separate entity called wordpress.ORG which means you pay for your domain name, hosting , and can use wp.ORG software.
