I am a new manager of a website that is not the .org variety. I am unable to install a needed plug-in because it is a subset of a multi-site. I need this plugin and need it soon but I have yet to get good answers I have been told to go to wp-content/plugins but when I do that the page does not load even after 10 minutes or so. What am I supposed to do to get this plug-in installed and why is it so damned hard to get help from you folks????
