  Hi,

  Most of the popular plugins are included automatically within all the site hosted on WordPress.com. Other plugins can’t be added to WordPress.com regardless of the upgrade.

  If you want to get buttons on your site, then perhaps you may consider self-hosting WordPress where you will have complete control over your site.
