  i AM TRYING TO USE A FREE WORDPRESS.ORG THEME WITH A WORDPRESS.COM BLOG. IS THIS NOT POSSIBLE? IF IT IS POSSIBLE, HOW DO I DO IT?

  On WordPress.com you are not able to install or upload any outside themes. You will want to pick a theme from our showcase at https://wordpress.com/themes/
