How do I install and upload a custom theme from Bavotosan?

  Hi,
  How can I install a new theme – like one from Bavotasan – either for a another project different from my current blog or to replace the current blog theme ?
  The option “install theme” does not seem to be available.

  Themes cannot be uploaded to WordPress.com. WordPress.com is a hosted service and you do not have FTP access. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.   If you require a custom theme, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. You can learn more about the differences here.
