Installing a theme from Mojo to my wordpress.org siste

Can’t find out how to install theme purchased from Mojo to my .org doman. I decided to purchase a .org versus .com because I was told that I could use a theme.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted here at WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org. (We have more information about the differences here: WordPress.com and WordPress.org) You can find out more about customizing your WordPress.com blog’s appearance here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
On WordPress.com we offer over 210 themes, both free themes and premium themes created by leading theme companies. You can view all of our themes under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and filter them by specific criteria with the Feature Filter.
