installing a third party theme

  I bought a theme from Envato. I cant seem to import it.
  How do I do that? DO i really need a ‘business plan’?

  Yes, a WordPress.com Business Plan is required to upload custom themes: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/uploading-setting-up-custom-themes/
