  How/where do I get the code to get the little green button, and how where do I put it?

  You don’t use Add This on a WordPress.com blog. You have Sharing options on your dashboard; use those.

  In your blog’s Settings menu, there is a Sharing option. You enable sharing buttons that display at the bottom of your posts and/or pages for readers to use.
