Installing Astra Theme

  Hi There,
  I’m new to WordPress and creating a website. I am trying to install Astra and the Astra Pro plug in and I keep getting an error message that WordPress doesn’t recognize the zip drive. I can’t seem to solve the problem.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes
