Installing Demo Content

    Good afternoon, I am attempting to upload demo content from a theme I purchased and I keep getting error (503). I contacted Bluehost to get more memory as instructed and I’ve also disabled all plugins except for the starter plugin for the theme. What can I do?

    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    I would contact the theme developer and see if they have any advice regarding the error you are receiving. It may be a common issue with the theme, and they’d be the ones that would be able to provide a fix. Since your site is hosted with Bluehost, I would also reach back out to them and see if they can assist you since they have access to your account.
