Installing genesis

  Hi,
  I got Siteground for hosting and they installed WordPress for me. I seperately purchased the Genesis framework from StudioPress but when I go to ‘MySite’ in WordPress and then ‘Themes’ I literally only get 3 theme options. I really need help please!!
