Installing Image Widget

  I am trying to add images to the right side of my website, under the heading “Featured On.” I downloaded Image Widget and am trying to follow the installation instructions, but I cannot locate the plugins page to activate the widget. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  There are no plugins on wordpress.COM.
  We have an image widget to use as described here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/image-widget/

  It’s a matter of dragging the widget to your sidebar and adding your picture.

  Please be aware that there are different kinds of wordpress. These forums are for technical help with wp.COM. Plugins and themes you find on the internet are most likely for wp.ORG. Big Difference!!
