Installing Link Within Plugin

  Hi All,

  I was wondering if anyone could help me with installing a plugin on my site? (Link Within). I have been reading, but I can’t seem to find the area on the dashboard that allows you to install a plugin. Any help?

  Please also note that there is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins or any themes into them. Those found on the internet are for wordpress.ORG installs which run on different software.
