Installing Mail List on my New Blog

I recently made my new blog and ‘definitrly’ looking to ad the mailing list feature to it…Pls let me know in case I need to upgrade or is there a service available ‘free’. Also, pls let me know the steps to do the same !!

I’m sorry but there is no mailing list feature on free hosted WordPress.com blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase to acquire such a feature. If you are into email a marketing then you need to hire a web host and set up your own self hosted WordPress.org install.
What we have here is what follows:

2. If you would like a follow button to appear on the bottom right hand corner of your site for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts see here >

Note: Your site stats page displays how many followers you have, who your followers are, as well as how many people are subscribed to post comments on your site.
Dashboard > Site stats > Total, ‘Followers’ , Shares
