Installing Massive Dynamic (CANNOT FIND APPEARANCES)

Hi people at wordpress!
Can you please help me? I just purchased Massive Dynamic Website Builder and one of the instructions is the following:
In WordPress dashboard go to “Appearance > Themes”
I cannot find themes for the life of me. Can you please direct me and tell me where that is?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there!
The only plan that will allow you to install themes and plugins from third parties such as that will be the Business plan. If you do have the Business plan you can go through this process to upload your theme and get it setup. The final step of that guide shows you how to access the pages that your instructions for the theme builder is referring to. You just need to go to http://medicalequipmentdoc.wordpress.com/wp-admin and you should be able to see it. Feel free to respond back if you need any more help with that or if you need help upgrading to a Business plan.

Would you happen to know- if i buy a license from a third party such as massive dynamic, will i be able to use the license to build multiple websites?
