Installing my own header.
-
I have inserted a jpeg file and it appears on my page. However, tutorial says to hit ‘save’. There is only ‘save and publish’, which I’m not ready to do. How can I save each step as I customize my site?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Where? In https://letthesewingbegin.wordpress.com/ there isn’t a custom header.
-
Well, it was there………since it said “save and publish” I just closed the file without saving. Sorry, I know this should be simple.

Perhaps I’m starting in the wrong spot (WP admin) to make changes? I also want to add a page at the top to contain my blogroll rather than placing it in a sidebar or bottom of page. When I hit “edit” or “add page” nothing happens. Little frustrated here. (It’s been awhile since in the workforce, so a little rusty………but sheesh.)

Go to https://letthesewingbegin.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header
and upload the custom header from there. -
Thank you! That worked. Now…..let me proceed to the rest of the page set up. Do I do that also from the theme page you just referred me to?
