installing new language to my Armani theme WordPress site

  Hi,

  I’m still playing on this web site. I love my theme, Armani. I’m almost done with most of the work here but I’m having problems applying the Turkish language files. I uploaded the files on my ftp directory. But only Admin Control Panel changed (automatically). My front page and rest of the site visible to guests are still in English.

  I don’t have any options in my wp-admin > Settings > General..

  Any ideas what could be the problem?
