Installing Optimize Press as a theme

  I am trying to install the optimize theme on the WP dashboard, but I do not see tabs saying Manage Themes and Install themes. What do I need to do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi, read about upload/install themes on WordPress.com:

  Because of the way WordPress.com’s technical infrastructure is designed, we are not able to support uploading of custom WordPress themes on our service.

  No, that is a function of the platform:

  The theme upload functionality is exclusive to privately hosted blogs and sites using the WordPress.org software. This means that you cannot upload any themes to your WordPress.com blog (even if they’re available at the WordPress.org theme repository). Learn more.
