  Here at WordPress.com, all of the plugins available to us are already installed. You can read about them here:

  You can, however, sell items on your site and send your customers to a PayPal payment screen. For that, you will need to get a PayPal button code:

  Another option is to self- host with a WordPress.org install. With a self-hosted install, you are able to install third party plugins. You can read about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
