Installing plugin

  I have uploaded a new plugin, Elementor Pro. I get a message saying it has been installed. But then it won’t let me activate it by going in and adding the license number. And then it tells me to install it, so I click “install plugin” and upload the zip file again and I go through the same exact process to no avail. Help!!!

  Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
