Installing PLugins on WordPress Page

    Hello,

    I have recently created a web page with the free option on wordpress. This page was to be used as a test page for our company. I am having trouble trying to install any plugins, in fact the option to add them isn’t even there. All I have is the ability to see the plgins that come preloaded with WordPress and that’s it. What I wanted to know is am I doing something wrong or is it that the function isn’t available on the free version and I need to upgrade to the premium wordpress (which is fine, I just want to know what the source of the problem is)?
