Installing plugins/switching to wordpress.org software

  Hallo, how can I get the option to install plugins by myself as administrator of http://www.koepfchenstattkohle.org. Is it possible to switch from wordpress.com to wordpress.org software? Thanks in advance, Richard

  We do not allow the installation of plugins on WordPress.com:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  If you wish to move your site to a self-hosted WordPress site using the software at WordPress.org, you can create an export file and import it into a new site at any time.
