  how could i install installing pre downloaded plugin on free wordpress?

  Hi there:

  To clarify, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which can power your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  If you used the WordPress software on your own hosting provider, then you could install as many plugins as you want.

  Here at WordPress.com, we limit what our free WordPress sites can do – which includes restricting the use of plugins, whether or not those plugins are free elsewhere. You can only use plugins if you upgrade to our Pro Plan.
