  I am new to WordPress. I would like to install Premium Press Directory Theme http://www.premiumpress.com/demowebsite/?t=directorytheme

  What level of WordPress subscription do I need, in order to install this?
  Once I buy a WordPress subscription, will I be able to peruse other themes like this?
  Can I pay for my WordPress subscription monthly?

  Instead of uploading a theme, try checking out the current theme collection to see if there’s an option there that will work well for you.
