Installing Purchased THeme

  How do I install a purchased theme. When I go to the admin page I do not see the option to upload a theme. Are we using the correct site? Should we used wordpress.org instead?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t use/upload/install a third-party or custom theme on WordPress.com:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/#uploading-custom-themes

  BTW, all the available themes on WordPress.com are here:
  https://wordpress.com/themes
