Installing the accessibility plug in?

  How do you install the accessibility plug in? A lot of the support blogs say that you go to the “Plug-ins” tab under the Admin settings, but I do not have a “Plug-ins” tab, so I’m unsure of how to actually download and enable the Accessibility WP plug in on my site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
