installing the new theme

    Hi, We bought a new theme for sensescultural.org, but I can’t install it. every time that I’m trying to upload the new theme zip file i have some errors, besides I can not even add a plugin to my dashboard! please set me a call with a technician, so they can help me to install it.     Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    I’ve removed your phone number from your post. WordPress.com (nor the open source WordPress project) has phone support.

    If you’re having errors when installing your theme, you should reach out to GoDaddy for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you figure out why you can’t install that theme.
