  Hello,
  I wanted to get some information.
  I need such a plugin to help customers plan their visit.
  What I mean…
  I need such a plugin, through which it would be possible to reserve the date and time of the meeting, and of course we would receive a notification that the client has registered for a visit.

  You could use the Booking Calendar for that purpose.
  To be able to install that plugin on your site, you need to sign up for the Bussiness Plan, which will allow you the installation of custom plugins and themes on your site.
