  Hi! I purchased a theme from themeforest. In order for them to install the theme for me they need my FTP details and control panel login details. Where do I find/locate this information?

  I am assuming you need help for your kariyouaway.com, Please correct me with your site URL, if I am wrong.

  The site you’re referring is not hosted on WordPress.com but on bluehost.

  This is a public forum which provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com. You will need to contact your hosting provider for help.
