Installing Theme

  When I download a theme from WordPress.com, I cannot upload it to me themes on my WordPress site. It downloads as a folder (not a .zip). The theme I am trying to use is Sophisticated Business. Which is a child of Twenty Nineteen

  If you want to use that theme on a site using the WordPress.org software I assume you are clicking on the link at the bottom of: https://wordpress.com/theme/sophisticated-business

  I get a ZIP Archive file into my Downloads folder when clicking on that link. Perhaps
  some setting on your PC is at fault?
