Installing theme

  i have this socha theme that I just downloaded:

  and I don’t know how to install it. I don’t see any options under appearance >> themes to install this theme

  Themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org. You can find out more about customizing your blog’s appearance here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
