How can I install a theme from another site?

  Hi,
  I just purchased a theme subscription from Elegant Themes for my site, but I was trying to install it, but could not find the install tab on my appearance dashboard. I am the admin and downloaded wordpress on my own computer. Help!!

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
