Installing Theme from Creative Market

    Hi all,

    I’m trying to install a Divi Child Theme I bought on Creative Market for my website on wordpress.com.

    Where I bought it says that it’s designed for users of the software on wordpress.org, but it also said that I should be able to install it on wordpress.com if I have the business plan – which I do.

    I was first advised to ensure I had Divi, the parent theme, installed. I do, but I can’t activate it. I keep getting the error message, “Unable to save due to 2 invalid settings.”

    I have a suspicion that the child theme won’t show activate and show properly until Divi does, as the them designer mentioned that Divi has to be installed and activated first.

    Is there anyone who can help with this?

    You should be able to activate the child theme even if Divi is not activating, and it should work.
