Installing theme on WordPress

  Hi,

  I have a domain hosted on another platform that’s expired and pending release. While I wait for that, I would like to install my own theme to WordPress, purchased on Theme Forest, developed specifically for WordPress.

  I will be going in for the premium plan once I have access to my older domain. In the meanwhile, can someone help me install the template to the wordpress.com site I have chosen in the interim? I want to play around with it to get my content ready.

  WordPress does not permit external themes, to keep it simple, as you plan for the Premium plan you can choose from the array of themes,
  here is a quote
