Installing themes to free plan

  Hi! I can see many Themes are listed as free. I am trying to install these themes, then it is asking for upgrading the plan. What is the use of these themes then? What can we do on a WordPress website under free plan?

  There are over 100 free themes to choose from. Filter your theme search to free and you have all of them listed.
