Installing thickbox plugin
-
I maintain http://www.iushorizon.wordpress.com and I am trying to install a lightbox/thickbox that would load automatically. I plan to use it for announcements.
I’m aware I would more than likely have to upgrade to some premium package.
To put it simple, what is the cheapest easiest way to add an auto-loading thickbox/lightbox to the website.I would really appreciate all help.

There is no FTP access to wordpress.com blogs and there are no individual plugins. If you purchase the CSS upgrade you can do this https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/popup-box-for-images?replies=11#post-356048

I actually made a video tutorial for the Thickbox workaround here @ WP.com » Image Thickbox Work Around for WP.com

Sweet.
I’ve got the thickbox setup.
Now, how can I make it activate when the page loads? I’ve researched some onload methods, but none have been successful.http://iushorizon.wordpress.com/2010/03/20/thickbox/
Help me and my fellow journalism students out please.
