installing third party theme and customization

    please help me out, i have been losing my mind because of the wordpress shitty behavior. wordpress is not letting me customize my paid theme, alweays giving me my primary free notorious theme. i am fed up

    installing third party theme and customizing, wordpress is not letting me customize my installed third party paid theme, they are always giving me free version one, we are business, we can’t spend our important time for waiting to get reply after 5 hours, please reply us as soon as possible. we are using wordpress paid version.

    I am not having any issues accessing the theme customizer on your site. Cna you clarify what issue you are having specifically? Please note that if you are referring to features for the theme uReach specifically, you will need to reach out to the theme developer directly, as this is a third-party theme, and we did not develop it.
