Installing Visual Composer in Radcliffe Theme

  HI everyone!
  Im starting a new website and purchased VC. Have downloaded zip file and put it in the plug in area of my wordpress site, but it doesn’t show up on the site. Any ideas about what I may be doing wrong?

  These forums are for WordPress.com sites and it looks like your site https://wilsonmita.com is self hosted through GoDaddy.com. You will want to head over to the support page for WordPress.org found here:

  I am so sorry, I read GoDaddy.com plus plugin and automatically assumed .org without reading the name servers. As you have a Business Plan you have access to live chat, and that may be a great way for you to get help with this. Just click on Happiness Engineer in the following link.

  Hi @wilsonmita,

  I’m glad to see you were able to resolve this over live chat. :) As you discovered, many of the settings for third-party plugins need to be managed via your site’s /wp-admin area.

  To access the classic interface in the future: Navigate to My Site in the top left of WordPress.com then choose WP Admin from the options in the left sidebar. You can also add /wp-admin to the end of your site’s URL. Like so:

  https://wilsonmita.com/wp-admin
